Savour 2016 comes back this year with a bang and super open doors, because admission is FREE! They are located at Bayfront Avenue, just beside Sands Exhibition – Take Exit A from Bayfront MRT! Remember to bring sunblock and shades if you’re intending to go there in the day because the heat can get quite unbearable!
Honestly, this is probably an event worth going because of the amazing food and drinks available all under one sky, and hey, you get to curate your very own gastronomic list with starters, mains, desserts all of your choice! Just in case you’re wondering what you should expect or what Savour has got to offer, here’s a rundown of some of the restaurants participating in Savour 2016.
10. ALVIN LEUNG FROM BO INNOVATION & ERIC CHONG – if you watch Masterchef Canada, you’ll definitely KNOW them. GOSH!
This fried chicken with gong bo sauce was good because I loved the tenderness and juicyness of the chicken! I was also very deprived of fried food. HAHA!AND the best part? I can’t believe I got to try Chef Alvin’s molecular XLB, made available to those who have pre-booked the SAVOUR experience pack! This was a super interesting experience as I’ve never had a savory sphere. The soup simply broke the skin and burst in your mouth. Pretty darn amazing experience, but taste wise, HMM.. Interesting.
Savour 2016 also features Jason’s Gourmet Market – the only air-conditioned place in the area.. Ahh.. HAHA! Air conditioners aside, they are featuring items like Alaskan Seafood, oysters, iberico pork, fruits, fine wines, Hokkaido flavored ice cream and even a CHEESE ROOM with TRUFFLE CHEESE!

BADOIT is the highly respected brand of sparkling water in France, where Chefs and Sommeliers use them in cooking as well as during tastings, as it smaller bubbles and balanced taste helps to clear the palate better!
